The Association

The Edgewater Uptown Builders Association was developed to promote community improvement in the Edgewater and Uptown neighborhoods on Chicago's northside through real estate sales and development and property managment activities.

Membership includes property owners, real estate developers, management companies, architects, real estate agents and others interested in following and contributing to neighborhood development and improvement.

Members are brought up-to-date on issues impacting our two communities through lunch meetings featuring speakers. Topics range from property tax relief, to down-zoning, to building code issues, to listening to presentations by local developers.

The organization supports local non-profit and educational institutions via evening events and membership dues.
